The best wines in the world can be found in out-of-the-way cafes. With this in mind we have created Vin Du Fermier – the farmer’s wine, a harvested field blend Pinot Noir.
A bright and fruit forward vintage with a long finish. Enjoy the luscious flavors of ripe berries and cherries, accompanied by enticing aromas of raspberry, strawberries, and cranberries. This estate grown Pinot Noir showcases the birthplace of the Pinot Noir in Oregon.
Our estate Pinotage has an unmistakable soft velvet body with red fruit tones of pomegranate and raspberry and accompanying floral notes. This fruit forward wine has been achieved by aging in neutral French oak barrels for 6 months.
Aromas of Ivy, plum, cedar, truffle and cream invite you into this bright red wine. What comes next are tastes of pear, pie crust, cranberry and a hint of mango. It has viscous tannins and a crisp, lingering finish.
Red with brick hues in color, this wine starts with aromas of cigar box, cedar, plum & lavender. Tastes of Allspice, lavender, vanilla with hints of cinnamon fill the mouth with smooth tannins, crisp mid-palate & a long finish.
Accolades: Silver Medal - San Francisco International Wine Competition 2021, Best Red Varietal and Double Gold - McMinnville Classic 2022
Aromas of brambleberry preserve, toast, graham cracker and crème brulee invite you into this bright red wine. Tastes of plum, kiwi, leather, and ginger follow. It has round full tannins and a long crisp finish.
